HomeI have a JVC GR-D27OU digital video recorder, and can't download to computer. I purchased this camcorder to film soccer games and edit out my kids playing from the team. Now with 4 tapes full, I purchased a computer to handle this operation, but the software does dont recognize or won't let me down load the videao. getting frustrated.please reply
