Red lines on one side of subject

I have a JVC AV48WP30 wide screen TV and after 3years of use, suddenly the red color shade appears on one side of the subject or letters. They are about one inch to the side, from the actual silhouettes. I tried to adjust the 3 color projector lights (blue, red and green) inside, but got them worse, with blurry added to them and I can't remember the exact position before I messed them up. Additionally, the upper left and lower right corners are skewed. Please help.
