Hello- I have had my camcorder less than a year. It tells "UNIT IN SAFEGUARD MODE REMOVE AND REATTACH BATTERY" I have done this several times and nothing happens. I am very upset as I called the information number and was told the following, Mail a check in the amount of $50.00 to JVC Factory Service Center 16 Chapin Road Suite 910 Pinebrook, NJ 07058 My model is GR-SXM37U This is just to look at the camera not to fix or repair-that will cost extra, also the representative would not give me a phone number. Needless to say I looked on line for some more help. Can you please help me as I got this as a baby shower gift and my son will be having his birthday party on May 27th. The camera has been used very little and at home use only. Thank you Mrs. Bittinger
