I had not used my camera since Christmas and wanted to tape my daughter's soccer game in April. Needless to say I was frustrated when I got the condensation message and missed recording her scoring two goals. I left the camera open for 3 days and still got the same message. I followed the directions and cleaned the sensor, and also left the battery disconnected for about 10 minutes. Works great now just in time for the next game! Thank you!!
