When I turn on my TV I get a loud buzzing like sound through the speakers. Even if the volume is low.

When it first started it would last for about 30 seconds but now it last much longer. Sometimes when I turn the TV on there's no sound for a while then the noise starts. as the TV warms up the noise lessens and go away. I here it from time to time when I change channels. The sound is like loud buzz/crackle to it. Is there some adjustment or maintenace inside on the board I can do? Or what if I un plug the speakers and use the external speakers jack?
