I have a JVC GR-D22U and have been using it for one and a half year. The camera works fine, except it's not able to charge the battery. The lighter is flashing but the battery didn't get charged. I bought a brand-new battery, and it doesn't help. This problem is xactly the same in Jason Sutton's posting on Mar 22, 2006.
