ERROR CODE C:21:00 HANDYCAM HI8 SONY I ve got this error, it means moisture, I took the tape off, the battery and the electrical source, left the cam to dry up for an hour on a shelfe above the heater and then it worked fine don't over heat, and this fault happened to me because i left the cam in the car overnight in a cold weather, so don't do this mistake best of luck
