i think i do have a convergence problem of my i art pro. i did manualy and auto adjust it but still did not fix the problem. how did you fix yours? need help please !

I have a I'Art 48" projection TV. The top left and bottom right of screen is distorted and convergence setting does not fix it. This happened once before but fixed itself once I turned off and on. How did you find out it to the convergence board?
