Sony TRV350 C:31:30 Error Code

Hi, I am having a problem with my Sony TRV350. When I open the cassette compartment, it opens, and without a tape, it closes just fine. When I put the tape in and push the the side most of the time it will not close. If I do get it to close it won't pull the tape inside. Then it won't open the cassette compartment, and gives me an error code (C:31:30). When I do finally get the tape to go in it starts beeping and I get another error code (C:32:30) I have to take out the battery, unplug and plug the power cord back in, to open the compartment. Any advise you can give me will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Patrick Bastrop, Texas
