Video CD damaged due to sudden power cut off. Requesting JVC Service Station near to Ernakulam (Cochin), Kerala - India

I've a JVC Video CD version 2.0 (3 CD changer, which is damaged due to a sudden power cut off. It was bought 1999 from Kuwait and damaged two years back. Until now it was keeping idle. Would you please advice me how to clear the problem and where should I contact for service near to Ernakulam (Cochin), Kerala state- India. And if you can suggest about the problem, and the the supposed cost of repaire, it would be very helpfull for me. Thanking you very much Shaji Thomas
