Hi Stacy: I have a JVC TV Model AC-27950 with no vertical height. I do not have any test equipment except a Volt/Ohmmeter and no diagram butI beleive the problem is the Vertical IC, Part NO. IC-421. Also, Could you tell me the value of Resistor R-542. It appears to have over-heated and reads about 20 Meg. Ohms. And where is the best place to buy parts for this TV? Your assistance is very much appreciated. Joe
