T.V. Not working.

I am from Nassau in The Bahamas, I purchased a 52" JVC Television a year and a half ago. When I got up one morning the television was fine, but when I got home it won't come on. The red and blue lights are blinking at the same time and the television won't come on. What can I do. Help.
