Picture bends slightly down on my 32 inch JVC d-series

I just acquired a used JVC d-series from a buddy, 32 inch, the problem is the bottom of the screen where tickers on sports channels scroll seems to be slightly cut off, it's almost like my picture is slightly bent down and to the right if your facing the screen can this be easily fixed? Example the ticker on ESPN on the bottom right is slightly cut off and it almost looks like its bent.
