Hi. I was also having the problem with the zoom. I tried your solution and it appears to have fixed the problem. Of course I only tried it for about 5 minutes so I don't know if it will be a long term fix. Hopefully it will. Thanks! I was so upset that it was doing this I was ready to scream.
