In-laws just bought what they thought was a JVC MX-70 but I found on the net, it is KJ Gobal DDV 660. Can someone tell what kind of luck that they've had with this camera?

In-laws bought what they thought was a JVC camcorder but now I found out that this is a KJ Golbal DDV 660 model, can someone tell me what kind of luck that they've had with this camcorder? Also, how can we get our money back if that is what they want?
