need battery and manual for Sony Video Camera Recorder CCD-TR6

Hi. I inhereited a Sony CD-TR6 and to operate it I would need to get a battery, charger, and the operators manual. Is this feasible? Where should I look and is it worth it? Thanks for your help. Charles
