43" Rear Projection TV display is not coming on.

When the power button is pressed, I hear the power supply click but I get no sound or video. The power indicator on the front panel is red and flashes four times, then starts the cycle again. That is the only indication that power is even applied. I have looked for the obvious but can't figure anything out...Any ideas?
