Sony DAC-BC150 with KHM-310 AAB 10Y45DE pickup

I have a Sony DAC-BC150 Home Theatre System that will play both CDs and DVDs for about 20 to 30 seconds then pause. It then spins the disc faster and the pickup will move like it's homeing it's position. After a few secinds it will continue to play. I have cleaned the lens but it wasn't helped. The pickup unit is a Sony KHM-310 AAB 10Y45DE. Thanks!
