I can't hear my stereo

Yesterday I turned on my stereo, and I see everything working but I cannot hear it. I just got this used truck and I do not have a stereo manual. Could someone tell me what button/s to push to hear the sound? Thanks, Patti

I think maybe the converter has something wrong,you can use some software,such as xilisoftware.
