how to adjust sony p41 after ccd is replaced.

I replaced a ccd/lens unit on a sony dsc-p41. The image on the screen is now blurry until you press the button to autofocus. It takes clear pics only if autofocused, if manual settings are used, everything is very blurry. Its like the lens isnt in the correct default position. The service manual says to perform "adjustments" after changing the CCD, but I dont have the seperate adjustment manual. How do I adjust this?
