Power but no picture

My AV-32260 is about 4.5 years old. For about three months now the power comes on and the blue screen, but no picture for perhaps 3 -5 minutes. Then the picture comes in and out awhile, very scratchy. Finally, the picture comes on quite clear. What can I do? Thanks, Timothy
