Ac-DC power problem with the JVC digital camcorder

I have a GRD90U camcorder. It suddenly stopped working. Even with AC power, it does not power ON. The battery, though charged still does not work. It appears that there are many of us who have exactly the same problem. Can we all form a group and report this to JVC management? Hopefully, they can figure out what the issue is. Thanks Suresh
