camera error

Hello Cam-corder model# GR=SXM245U When I put the camera on I get a message on a blue sceen afew seconds after it's on saying (E04 unit is in safeguard mode) and (remove and reatach battery. When I try this no change occurs.I tried changing the cassette, and nothing. Please help me solve my problem. Thank you Sincerely Page
