Citizen TV\VCR Combo Model JCTV 3091

Hello Can you give me your opinion on the combo units,or would you happen to have the service manual for the above unit.What is happening on this unit and another one I have,smaller unit, is starts up fine,picture there,sound there and about 10 seconds later it shuts down.Almost like a over voltage a reg tv gets.I took the vcr deck out of them to make sure they were not the cause of the problem,but same issue.Thanks Rob
