hitting hasnt fixed it....not yet anyway

i know this camera is different to most those mentioned on the site, but i've tried hitting it with differnt objects, different angles, and doing a 'controlled' drop... still has the error. im thinking because the lens is so compact in this camera it might not be as easy to fix as dropping it?
