no spin for kd-lx1

I have a kd-lx1 it has been refurbished but is new trust me!!!! well you insert a cd and it takes it but it doesn't spin up to read the cd any Idea's??????? Checked wiring to the motor it looks good no brakes good soider joints.

hi i know whats wrong with it take the top off clean the laser out with a cotton swab put it pack together it will work
