Dubbing and getting interferance

I have a JVC GR-D30U Camcorder, and when I plug it into my tv to dub, I get a real bad humming, I have tried moving the camcorder, etc. What could be causing this. I have also plugged into other tvs to view and it makes the same humming noise.
