HomeNeed you input of what I shoud do. My Kv-36XBR400 died yesterday. I bought it 5 years ago. Has no picture and no sound. Do you know what could be a problem. How much would cost to fix it? It is worthwhile to fix it? This is shame for Sony products. Thank You all for quick responds, Alex

I worked in sony factory service for 21 years. now retired. i never advised cutomers to fix their own products. so unless you have experience, equpment and tools i recommend you take it to an authorized sony servicer. here's a link to sony to find these servicers: http://eservice.sony.com/webrma/web/index.do |
