how to fix the crappy system

the amp., or chip is crap and i hate this system sence the day i got it cuz it was alot of money to me and i lost the bill of sale and it only worked 1 1/2 weeks. before it craped out. i tried it agin and it just started working and now it craped out agin, after 1 day, but now it says protect and nothing with play out of speakers
