Greetings, Hopefully this address is still working. I recently purchased the JVC GZ MC100U camcorder. I lost the installation cd before copying to my computer. The computer does not recognize the USB device when I connect the camera. I contacted JVC many times with no response or runarounds. Do you have the required driver?
