My video Camera Model GR=DVL320 LCD is not working. All other part of the camera is working including view finder.

My video Camera Model GR=DVL320 LCD is not working. All other part of the camera is working including view finder. LCD is totaly black while play or record the camera. It is in PAL system. What is the problem? I purchased it from Dubai, Middle East. Presently I am in San Antonio, Texas, USA. JVC have any service centre in San Antonio, Texas.
