Hi Kristen, No, I haven't figured out what's wrong yet. The only suggestion so far is to buy a manual for the tv, but just haven't got around to doing that and for a repair guy to come out is around $300. I wonder how many other of our tv's are having this same problem. Best of luck! I'll let you know if I find out anything Tjelle
