Home☆☆☆Final Solution about error C:13:01☆☆☆Luniz B.Lee Posted Mar 03, 2006The problem's caused because of dirty connector of the host device(Digital Camera) or the Memorystick itself. So we should use the cleaning cotton to make the connector clean(Maybe with few pure water,but don't be too much!). We don't know how to open the host(Digital Camera). We could just clean the memory stick's connector. If you really wanna open the host(Digital Camera), pls calling for professional support from SONY... That's the way i worked my C:13:01 error out. Good luck everybody! BTW: Many of Chinese people call the connector 'Golden Finger'. And of course, it's gold-filled!

Try to use the format program which is embeded in your DC to format the memory stick. And finish it. If you had a few important data in the memory stick, pls try to use some recovery software(Badcopy is cool!) and take it back with connecting the card reader on your computer. Don't forget. pls take the memory stick and the battery out of your digital camera whenever you decide to stop using it for a long time. And the Sony call center of China suggests me to save my picture with the Sony memory stick. They said all of the other brands of memory stick, including Sandisk, Apacer, Lexarmedia etc., would cause many kind of unthinkable problems. So ... |
