the image from my camara is not clear

well recentlty my brother send me a camara, when i started to film i noticed that the image it is not so clear. i read all the manual buti couldn't resolve this problem and I noticed that the resolution is 720 x 480.. and i dnt know what to do bcoz I am in Perú and no one have this kind of camara plz I need a help thanks.
