HomeSony Digital Camera DSC-P72 Shattered LCD screen is common I have researched(and just beginning) all those that have shattered LCD screens. Mine was never dropped, barely used, still under warrranty, and SONY won't fix it as a RECALL problem....anyone else out there with the same problem? I am getting a list to submit to SONY.

Paula, I have recently had this problem with my DSC-H1 camera and have run into a wall with the repair company. Am now taking my appeal to Sony "executives" in the Florida location. Would appreciate hearing the result of your attempts. I hope you were successful. If not, I would be interested in joining a crowd to get Sony to do something about this. Thanks. |
