We purchased a brand new JVC 48" Television approx. 2 years ago. Within the 1st year we had a problem & had a tech. come to fix it. Now we are having another problem, red lines through the screen. What is this, or how can I contact a service tech to see what is wrong. I've been calling the JVC 800 number, but can not get any help, I can not even get through to a live person. I am very upset that I'm having this much trouble with a 2-year old television that I paid good money for. Please reply at your earliest convenience.
