HomeJVC GR-D91U mini camcorder Message - Lens Cap on when it's not! Camcorder will not work at all as it has an error message that Lens Cap is On, when of course it isn't. Had the problem since June 2005... Have others had this same problem with their JVC mini-camcorder and if so, have you found any solutions? How much has the repair been?

I have the same problem with my Jvc mini camcorder. Will no allow me to record any picture, LENS CAS IS ON, when its not. I had a Store, Power On, that tried to repair, but failed. I found the same as mine on ebay,selling for $39.00 because of the same error.
