Is the TAPE MONITOR button in the on position? Are there pre-amp to Amp connectors missing on back of unit? If it clicks seconds after you power it up, usually means it is not the outputs. Usually a cheap repair. Good luck!

    Thanks for the response. Tape buttton is not depressed and there is no pre amp to amp connectors. Unit doesn't click after start up. I've taken the thing apart and 1 fuse is intact. (It is part of the power supply). I quess whatever ampifies the signals inside the recever is shot? Thanks again.
