I am having the exact same problems and I am in South Africa so I guess the ploblem is world wide.My main concern is with the different levels of sound and comercial time.Somewhere on the www I saw a product that would instantly adjust this fluxation and keep it constant what type of wave it was receiving. I can no longer find the supplier so if you or anyone reading this please comtact me
