sony mvc-fd200 memory stick error c:13:01

Help please!

I just got my first memory sticks for my sony mvc-fd200.I have always used floppys.I purchased the correct sticks:SanDisk Memory Stick PRO 128mb MAgicGate. When i insert the stcik i get the error C:13:01 any thoughts would be appreciated.

Did you format the memory stick? See the manual avail at Sony for how to.

You need the standard memory and not the memory stick pro. Also the maximum size is 128MB

You cannot use PRO memory sticks with devices not compatable with non PRO, you must use regular digital camera memory instead
