HomeI have almost all the parts to make this work... just need a new wired controller unit from a KS-RF100 setup. Not even sure what the specific part is called, or if it's sold seperatly? Bought a JVC CH-X1100RF used, came with the changer & the rf hardware. had it prof. installed- and it didn't work. The installers told me it was because of a bad part in the RF side. So they threw away the bad wired remote. Now I'm not sure what the part is called, or if one can be bought seperatly... and also wondering if the changer can be installed without the RF hardware, directly into a compatible receiver with changer control?
