HomeJVC rejected warranty my JVC camcorder model# GR-DF450U I bought a new JVC camcorder model # GR-DF450U from a friend who has moved to other State. I have used it for a few times then it started give me a "Lens cap" problem which is very well known with JVC camcorder. I took it to a JVC store in Honolulu tried to get a warranty on it . JVC refused warranty my camcorder due to it is too new and not on the warranty list .Please advise me what to do with this .
