Eject Error and Loading Error

Hi there i have a JVC EXAD-AVX1 headunit in my car and the other night i tried to play an MP3 CD, The songs started to play but then cut out, i pressed the eject button and the facias came down, beeped and then flashed a message saying eject error...after a while i found a way to eject and play other CDs by resettin the headunit but now when i start the car it beeps and says "loading error" and doesnt eject the CD at all... As well when i turn the car off and take the keys out the headunit is till lit up... Please help as i'm selling the car by the end of the month Regards Gaheris
