I just found out that the 91-125 error code for the UVW-100 is an internal systems board error relating to the viewfinder and/or the LCD display (where the time code and audio meters are). I was having a problem with the LCD display not working. Luckily, the error code went away while I was on the phone with Sony tech support, and the display works fine now. Incidentally, their broadcast support number is 866-766-9272.

I'm an audio guy who just got a Sony UVM 100 for a back up front of house corporate show live feed cam. I got the same error and the LCD didn't function. This is typical in musical keyboards when the lithium button battery dies. The one on the cam was so asscessable, I figured it had to have something to do with it. Tested it, it was dead. I replaced it an the error went away immediately and it all works fine. Just though someone would like to know

I am having the same issue with error code 91-125. The problem goes away after the unit is powered up for about 30 minutes. It will come back the next time you power up. Can anyone help?
