how can i fix my camcorder. when i film the film doesnt look right it has either stripes or lines when i film. it not normal. can some one help?

After i have filmed. And try to edit on my pc the film is not right. it as if every time i move from places to places these line come out. why is that? and how can i fix it can someone help? plz i dont know what to do.
