C31:23 error code

Hi!!! Need some help with Sony's HDR-FX1E C31:23 error code. I borowed his camera from a friend and started capuring HDV material all week. After a tape change the camera started showing a C31:23 error code and ask for the tape to be ejected. If you have any ideeas please let me know.

i borrow camera to my friends, 31:23 error code always come out after this... why?? what did on my camera god
