You just try to hit firmly the camcorder from the bottom when it says RESET . May be you get the problem of counter that the counters are not working when on REC mode but the rec is marked on the LCD . This problem can be temporarily solved by hitting the camcorder firmly from the bottom.If not you have to seek to the technician Regards, Davy Garg |
