Sony TV KV32XBR400 Pixels flashing across the bottom

Have had the same problems as others posted, dead TV, replaced boards, etc. Now I have several rows up pixels across the entire bottom of the TV that flicker regardless of picture source, even blue screen. Started out as one line, now there's about 1.5 inches of flashing pixels. Any ideas? Thanks.
