help on W7

My DSC-W7 is not taking photos anymore. When I press the button nothing happens and some options of the buttons doesn't work too (the 'moon', landscape, snow and candle light). Anybody can help me to discover where is the problem and what replacement parts I need to buy? I cannot send the camera to an authorizer center because I'm in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and the camera came from USA.
