Home | Previous messageIm starting to see a trend here with JVC GR cameras. I myself use my camera in a housing and too many times it has shown the E03 and E04 errors. I also use JVC brand cassettes and i still have the same problems.. I have also had my camera serviced and the same problem still occurs. Head cleaning seemed to work for a while as did removing the battery for an extended period of time but the problem cropped up again tonight. I am wondering if there is an expert out there who does not work for JVC to ensure an unbiased opinion on how to fix this problem. Many thanks

Hi, I have a GR-DX75US and had the E03 I also have all the service manuals needed to fix the camer and tape mech. If you cross reference the part #s and find you have the same tape mech I will send you the service manual in pdf form for $5. I bought these manuals and fixed my own camera for under $60. That's alot less when you compare paying $150 for someone just to look at it. |
